AVSSX Automotive Wire – Super Thin-Wall XL-PVC 100°C Wire for High-Heat, Ultra-Compact Vehicle Wiring

AVSSX wire is a super thin-wall automotive cable insulated with cross-linked polyvinyl chloride (XL-PVC), manufactured to JIS C 3406 and JASO D611 standards. Commonly used in Japanese vehicles, its XL-PVC insulation offers excellent heat resistance, making it ideal for modern vehicles that require extremely compact, flexible, and lightweight wiring in areas with limited space and elevated temperatures.

Rated for 100°C and 60V, AVSSX wire features a significantly reduced insulation wall while maintaining mechanical strength and electrical reliability—especially in intricate engine compartments, complex door wiring, miniature lamps, and highly integrated electrical units where heat is a concern.
