AVSS wire is a super thin-wall automotive cable manufactured to JIS C 3406 and JASO D611 standards, commonly used in Japanese vehicles. It offers maximum space-saving insulation, making it ideal for modern vehicles that require extremely compact, flexible, and lightweight wiring in areas with highly restricted installation space.

Rated for 80°C and 60V, AVSS wire features a significantly reduced PVC insulation wall while maintaining mechanical strength and electrical reliability—especially in intricate dashboards, complex door wiring, miniature lamps, and highly integrated electrical units.
