Description
Among the wide range of wiring options available, PVC insulated wire remains a mainstream and trusted choice due to its affordability, durability, and broad applicability. Our PVC insulated wire is manufactured using high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing dependable electrical insulation and mechanical protection for various power transmission needs.

One of the key benefits of PVC insulated wire is its excellent electrical insulating properties, which help prevent current leakage and enhance both safety and transmission efficiency. The PVC layer also offers good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, protecting the conductor from external wear, scratches, and minor impacts. In addition, PVC is resistant to many chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and oils, making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments.

For applications where safety is a top priority, we also offer flame-retardant PVC insulated wire, which effectively slows the spread of fire and enhances protection in case of electrical faults. The inherent flexibility of PVC allows for easy installation and handling, reducing labor time during wiring and terminal work.

Compared to other specialized insulation materials, PVC provides excellent cost-efficiency, making it a practical solution for projects that demand both performance and budget control. Its versatility makes it suitable for low- and medium-voltage power transmission, indoor wiring in residential and commercial buildings, internal wiring in appliances and electronics, lighting circuits, industrial control systems, automotive and transportation applications, and even DIY electronic projects and educational experiments.

Description
XLPVC (Cross-linked Polyvinyl Chloride) is a modified form of standard PVC that undergoes a cross-linking process to enhance its thermal stability, mechanical durability, and chemical resistance. This makes XLPVC insulated wire an ideal solution for demanding electrical applications that require both reliability and environmental compliance.

Through cross-linking, the molecular structure of PVC is improved, allowing it to maintain shape and insulating performance at elevated temperatures—typically up to 105°C or higher, depending on formulation. XLPVC cables are widely used in industrial machinery wiring, automotive harnesses, power distribution equipment, and control panels, especially where moderate heat and mechanical stress are expected.

In addition to thermal stability, XLPVC offers strong electrical insulation, resistance to abrasion, oils, and chemicals, as well as excellent flame retardant properties. These features make it suitable for both indoor and protected outdoor installations where durability and long service life are essential.

Compared to standard PVC, XLPVC offers enhanced flame retardancy and heat resistance while maintaining good processing flexibility and cost-effectiveness, positioning it as a balanced option in performance between standard PVC and XLPE. XLPVC wires are commonly utilized in applications requiring adherence to safety and environmental standards such as UL or IEC, particularly where a degree of processing flexibility is also necessary.

Description
Flat cable, also known as ribbon cable, features a low-profile, parallel conductor design that offers superior flexibility and organized routing in compact spaces. It is widely used in electronics, automation systems, robotics, printers, and other applications where space efficiency, easy installation, and precise wiring paths are essential.

To meet varying performance requirements, our flat cables are available with two insulation options: PVC and XLPVC. PVC insulation provides excellent electrical insulation, good mechanical durability, and high flexibility at a competitive cost, making it suitable for most general-purpose flat cable uses. For more demanding environments, XLPVC (cross-linked PVC) offers enhanced flame retardancy, greater heat resistance (up to 105°C), and improved dimensional stability, while maintaining ease of processing and compliance with UL and IEC safety standards.

The uniform conductor spacing of flat cables helps minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, ensuring stable signal integrity in high-frequency applications. Their structure also supports compatibility with IDC (Insulation Displacement Connectors), allowing for fast and efficient termination in mass production or modular systems.

Available in a range of conductor counts, pitch sizes, and insulation grades, flat cables with PVC or XLPVC insulation are ideal for internal connections in electronic devices, control panels, compact machines, and any installation that requires reliable, organized, and space-conscious wiring.
