FLYW Automotive Wire – Cross-Linked PVC Insulated 125°C Wire for Vehicle Electrical Systems
FLYW wire is a cross-linked PVC (XLPE-like) insulated automotive primary wire designed for high durability and thermal stability in automotive wiring harnesses. Compliant with ISO 6722-1 Class C and JASO D611, this wire is rated for 125°C continuous operation and features enhanced mechanical strength and resistance to heat, oil, and abrasion.
Unlike standard FLRY wire, FLYW uses irradiation cross-linked PVC insulation, offering improved performance under prolonged thermal and electrical stress. It is well-suited for power and signal transmission in engine compartments, EV systems, and body wiring where long-term reliability is required.
