UL3856 XLPE Insulated Wire – 125°C / 3000V High-Performance Wire for Internal Industrial Wiring

UL3856 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire featuring extruded cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. Rated for 125°C and 3000V, this wire is ideal for internal wiring in industrial equipment, control panels, and high-voltage assemblies that require excellent heat resistance, dielectric strength, and flame performance.

 Key Features

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded, bare or tinned copper, available from 32 AWG to 10 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a minimum average thickness of 11 mils (0.28 mm) and a minimum point thickness of 10 mils (0.25 mm)

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 125°C

  • Voltage Rating: 3000V

  • Flame Resistance: Complies with horizontal flame test requirements

  • Standards: UL 758 Appliance Wiring Material (AWM)

  • Usage: Intended for internal wiring in electrical and electronic equipment
