UL1354 Coaxial Cable – 80°C / 30V Shielded Wire for Internal Signal and Data Transmission

UL1354 is a UL-certified coaxial cable designed for internal wiring of electronic and signal-transmitting equipment. Rated for 80°C and 30V, it features flame-retardant insulation with optional shielding, providing excellent signal integrity and EMI protection in low-voltage applications.

This cable is ideal for applications that demand reliable coaxial transmission, compact routing, and effective electromagnetic shielding, commonly used in audio/video devices, RF signal lines, and control equipment.


Key Features

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded bare/tinned copper, 44 AWG and larger

  • Insulation: Extruded solid or cellular PE, FRPE, PP, PFA, FEP, or combinations thereof

  • Shielding: Optional aluminum mylar tape, tinned copper braid, or spiral wrap

  • Jacket: PVC or other UL-approved materials

  • Impedance: Available in 50Ω or 75Ω configurations

  • Temperature Rating: 60°C or 80°C

  • Voltage Rating: 30V 

  • Flame Resistance: Passes UL Horizontal Flame Test

  • Standards: Complies with UL 758 Appliance Wiring Material (AWM) Style 1354

  • RoHS / REACH Compliant
