FLRY-A Automotive Wire – Thin-Wall 105°C PVC Insulated Wire for Vehicle Power & Signal Circuits
FLRY-A wire is a lightweight, thin-wall automotive primary wire designed for use in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles (EVs). Compliant with ISO 6722-1 and JASO D611, it features a 105°C rated temperature, low-voltage rating (60V), and a PVC insulation with standard-stranded conductor (as opposed to B-type's finer strands). The thin-wall construction allows for space-saving harness design and better weight optimization.
This wire is ideal for automotive body wiring, including lighting, sensors, instrument panels, and control units, offering reliable signal and power transmission with mechanical flexibility and flame resistance.
Key Features
-
Conductor: Standard-stranded bare or tinned copper (ISO Class 5 or JIS Class 2)
-
Insulation: Lead-free PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), thin-wall
-
Temperature Rating: -40°C to 105°C (continuous operation)
-
Voltage Rating: 60V (nominal automotive low voltage systems)
-
Flame Resistance: ISO 6722, SAE J1128, JASO D611 compliant
-
RoHS Compliant: Free of hazardous substances
-
Color Options: Multiple solid colors and striped variants available
-
Insulation Thickness: Thinner than conventional AV wires – helps reduce bundle diameter
