FLR2X-A / FLR2X-B Automotive Wire – 125°C XLPE-Insulated Thin-Wall Wire for High-Temperature Vehicle Applications
FLR2X-A and FLR2X-B are XLPE-insulated thin-wall automotive wires engineered for modern vehicle wiring systems. Rated for continuous operation at 125°C, they are ideal for under-the-hood environments, EV powertrains, and hybrid vehicles that require high thermal and mechanical durability.
These wires comply with ISO 6722-1 Class C standards and feature excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, and chemicals. FLR2X-A uses standard stranded copper conductors, while FLR2X-B offers finer strands for improved flexibility.
