UL3239 wire is a UL-certified, high-voltage single-conductor cable insulated with flexible silicone rubber, designed for internal wiring in environments requiring elevated temperature and voltage endurance. It supports voltage ratings from 3kV to 10kV, and is available in 150°C or 200°C temperature classes, making it ideal for power supplies, EV charging modules, medical equipment, and other high-stress electrical systems.
The stranded tinned copper conductor provides both flexibility and excellent conductivity, while the silicone insulation delivers outstanding resistance to heat, cold, ozone, and corona discharge. UL3239 also meets UL VW-1 flame test requirements, ensuring flame retardancy and system safety.
